Speaker Bio :

Rachel Salinas is the Director of International Admissions at Indiana University. She previously served as the Associate Director of International Admissions at Indiana University where she engaged in international student recruitment and operations management. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. Rachel is an active voice in advocating for refugee and displaced persons populations and has experience providing volunteer services to those communities. She is an active member of the International Association for College Admissions Counseling and the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management. Rachel currently serves as the Chair of the Membership Outreach Committee with the Association of International Credential Evaluation Professionals.
